Today, we’re diving into a powerful truth: We are Shaped to Serve.
You see, Ephesians 2:10 says, “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago.” That means each of us yes, you has been uniquely designed by God for a purpose. And that purpose? To serve.
In the church, volunteers are the lifeblood of ministry. They’re the hands and feet of Jesus welcoming people at the door, teaching kids the love of Christ, running tech behind the scenes, or quietly praying for others. Every role matters. Just like the body has many parts, all working together, so does the church.
Romans 12 reminds us that we each have different gifts serving, teaching, encouraging, leading and when we offer those gifts back to God, the church grows, the Gospel spreads, and lives are changed.
